A group of volunteers majority engineers and contractors working for vanvasi kalyan ashram are making their efforts to make tribals lives worth living. They are trying to bring some of the Govt. schemes within the reach of these people otherwise left in the red ribbons in the Govt. Offices. Some of these are related to education, farming, local road building, water harvesting etc.

Thus problem of water harvesting is being solved by this teams to some exlent.
Tree plantation was also done at this time. forest department helped at this time by giving sapling for plantation the villagers took responsibility of taking care of these plants.
This experience of building check dams was so exiting for the college team, that in spite of working for the whole day none of them showed any sign of tiresomeness. They shared food with the villagers very happily.
This activity has brought into notice a positive side of this young generation. Now there is hope for tribles that somebody is there in Nashik to help out in solving their problems.
